A Brief History:
After 25 years building & remodeling homes in the Greene area, Richard looked to the Real Estate business for his 2nd career. He worked with two other local agencies for 6 years, during which time he had five years of record sales. During that time, Richard and wife Deborah purchased 50 Genesee St. This historic building would become the future home of Thomas Real Estate. He started the company on January 4, 2005. The addition of Sales Associates in 2006 was the next logical progression in growing the business.
